Cleaning Operative – Job Description

Ideal Cleaning is seeking a new team member to join our ever expanding team. 

We are seeking someone who can enhance the Ideal Cleaning team working as a commercial Cleaning operative.

Main Job Specification:

The main duties for this job role will include carrying out daily commercial cleaning at SG Petch Fleming Road, Middlesbrough TS6 6TT, with the option of additional overtime.

Work days are Monday to Friday, 6:30am Start time till 9:00am Finish time.

Work tasks will include cleaning toilets, cleaning kitchens, cleaning offices; including wiping, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, emptying bins and other cleaning tasks applicable for the role.

Full training will be provided for all tasks applicable to the job role and will include health & safety training and job specific training.

Job Title: Cleaning Operative

Hours per week: 10-12 Mainly Monday to Friday

Hourly rate of pay: £10.60 per (which will rise in April)

Holiday Entitlement: 28 days holiday per year inclusive of bank holidays

Candidate Requirements:

• Candidates must be flexible to accommodate the business needs of Ideal Cleaning
• Candidates will be required to be available to work early morning and possible evening shifts where directed
• Candidates who drive must hold a fully clean UK driving licence
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
